Child Safety Standards
Last updated: March 2026
Hearth is a social platform designed for adults — specifically, people in the Gen X age group (born approximately 1965–1980). We take child safety seriously and have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors.
Our commitment
Hearth prohibits the following on our platform:
Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAM/CSAE)
Any attempt to groom, solicit, or gain inappropriate access to minors
Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies harm to children
Any account created by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age
Reporting child safety concerns
If you encounter content or behaviour on Hearth that you believe violates these standards, you can report it directly in the app using the report function available on any user profile or post. All reports are reviewed by the platform administrator.
You can also contact us directly at: hello@genxhearth.com
Reporting to authorities
Hearth complies with all applicable child safety laws. Where we become aware of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform, we will report it to the relevant national authorities and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
Designated contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety matters, including questions about our CSAE prevention practices and compliance, is:

Age verification
Hearth requires users to provide their birth year during registration. Users who indicate they are under 18 are not permitted to create an account. We encourage users to report any accounts they believe belong to minors.
